SSC MTS 2020 Recruitment Examination: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has started taking online applications for Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) Recruitment 2020 from Friday. Candidates can apply until March 21. The deadline to deposit the fee is March 29. SSC has not announced the number of posts but according to sources, about 8,000 posts will be allowed.
Computer Based Examination (Paper-1) for MTS (Non-Technical) Recruitment in various Departments of Central Government will be held from July 1 to July 20, 2021. Paper-1 contains objective questions. It will also have a negative mark. For every wrong answer, the quarter mark is deducted.

Successful candidates in Paper-1 will be called in the proposed Paper-2 on November 21, which will be detailed. 10th Pass Candidates will be able to apply for MTS posts. Non-technicals such as Pune, Safaiwala, Jamadar, Chaukidar, etc. will be recruited under this vacancy.
Candidates in General and OBC category will have to pay the prescribed application fee of Rs.100 / – through online mode. SC / ST / ex-servicemen and all female candidates are exempted from application fee. In 2019, 38.58 lakh candidates had registered for the SSC sacking of about 10 thousand recruits of the MTS.
