Italy’s leading two-wheeler manufacturer, Aprilia, is set to launch its new scooter SXR 160 in the Indian market. Booking of this scooter has also been launched on the company’s official website. Now the news is coming that this scooter is also starting to come to the dealership. To book this scooter, you have to deposit Rs 5,000 as a booking amount.

The company will launch this scooter in four colors including red, black, blue and white. It is believed that the company can begin its distribution with the release of the new Aprilia SXR 160.

The scooter was introduced by the company during the previous Auto Expo. It uses a 160cc single cylinder engine that produces 10.8bhp of power and 11.6Nm of torque. For suspension, telescopic forks are used in the front and the shock observer in the rear. Moreover, it has a single channel anti-lock braking system.

With the company’s signature triple headlamp, LED daytime running lights, tinted visor, LED taillights, alloy wheels and muscular exhaust (silencer), the company offers a completely fresh and modern look. In addition, the scooter features a feather touch switch, digital instrument cluster, wide seats glove box, USB charging port and storage under the seat.
