Bangalore: The city’s N’DPS Special Court has dismissed the bail application of four arrested in a drug case and two bail pleas.
Prashank Ranka, Nayaz Mohammed, Vaibhav Jain and Peddler Pratik Shetty, who are in judicial custody, have filed a bail plea in connection with a drug deal. The N’DPS special court hearing the petitions was dismissed on Monday after hearing an argument.
Abhiswami and Prashant Raju, who are absconding, have filed a petition seeking anticipatory bail. The court dismissed these petitions and ordered them to be dismissed.
The bail application filed by actresses Ragini, Sanjana Galrani and Rahul Tonse in the same case and the anticipatory bail filed by Shivprakash and Vinay Kumar, who were absconding, were dismissed.
