The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has invited applications for its batting, bowling and fielding positions for its National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bangalore. Candidates can apply on the BCCI website till September 10. As Rahul Dravid’s tenure expired, the BCCI had invited applications for the post of head coach of the NCA a few days ago. However, Dravid only resumed the post until the application deadline, which is why the Indian Board has extended its deadline till August 31.

Currently, Pawar is the head coach of the Indian women’s cricket team and Das is the batting coach.

The NCA recently conducted a Level 2 Hybrid Course for trainers and the Pathan brothers Irfan and cricketers Yusuf, Dewang Gandhi, Abhishek Nair, Ashok Dinda, Parvez Rasool and Naman Ojha have completed the course. After completing the course, Irrfan Pathan praised Rahul Dravid’s work in the NCA. The former all-rounder said he wanted to coach IPL teams after completing the course.
