The state election authority issued instructions to create a new voter list. The new voter list will be released on 4 January 2021. The cut-off date for this is set for December 15th.
There are about 1100 packed executives in the state. The election notification was issued twice and then postponed. The old notification is more than 120 days old, so the new notification is also re-released. In the meantime, a few more packs executive term is over. With this in mind, the State Electoral Authority has started the process for a total of 1287 packs. These packs came from 37 districts except Sheikhpur. If the cut-off date for voting for the new election is December 15, the same list is made for voters who have been PACS members until February 20. Darbhanga district has the highest number of elections. There are 133 packs. In addition, 95 packs had to be selected in Begusarai, 78 in Madhubani and 66 in Patna.
