Brad Hogg has made fun of Dinesh Karthik’s opinion that Bat is the neighbor’s wife

Team India wicketkeeper batsman Dinesh Karthik has been debating a lot these days about his batting but not his interpretation. Karthik’s debut in commentary was brilliant and he won many awards in the World Test Championship final. However, Karthik’s comment did not go down well with the fans in the second ODI against Sri Lanka and England and he faced severe criticism for that. The wicketkeeper batsman later apologized for his comments, but the process of trolling him is still ongoing. Australia’s former spin bowler Brad Hogg has expressed delight at Karthik’s comments.

Karthik trolled him on Twitter, writing to Brad Hogg, ‘Dinesh Karthik your neighbors are on high alert now.’ Hogg also shared a laughing emoji with this comment. In fact, Dinesh Karthik likened the bat to that of a neighbor’s wife. Commenting on the match, he said, ‘Both things are affordable and the batsman and the bat don’t like it. His bat is not liked by most batsmen. He likes the bats of others more. Bat is like a neighbor’s wife. He’s always been good.

However, on Sunday, Karthik apologized to Sky Sports during the third ODI between England and Sri Lanka. Karthik said, ‘I want to apologize for what happened in the last game. That was never really my intention. I misunderstood everything. I apologize to everyone. This is definitely not the right thing to do. ‘He excused me and said this should never happen again. I got a lot of reprimand from my wife and mother for this.
