Chat Kabuli Chana with healthy Indian snacks in this desi way

If your mind is trying to eat something spicy, you can enjoy a healthy chat at home. Today we are telling you how to make Kabuli Chana Chaat –

1 cup Kabuli Chana (soaked overnight)
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1 tsp chat spice
One pinch of baking soda
1/2 capsicum
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
2 tablespoons tamarind water
1 tsp lemon juice
Black salt to taste
Salt to taste

First, put water, baking soda and boil in a pressure cooker over medium heat. Turn off the gas after 4-6 whistles. When the pressure of the cooker is over, separate the water from the litter and extract it into the pot. Add onions, tomatoes, capsicum, chat masala, red chilli powder, black salt and salt. Now add tamarind water and mix. Kabuli Chana is ready to chat. Serve with lemon juice.
