Team India has started preparations for the final of the World Test Championships between India and New Zealand. The Indian players were seen running on the field after the quarantine was approved for third day personal training. However, players are still not allowed to meet each other and players are trained at different times. Pooja also shared a video of him running on his Instagram.

Senior batsman Cheteshwar Pujara has uploaded a video of him jogging on his Instagram story. This shows that the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has received the necessary permission from the health authorities to obtain training opportunities for visiting teams. Poojara uploaded a video of Jogging reading ‘The Golden Hour’ and ‘Let’s Go (Let’s Get Started)’. They were allowed to come out, but now they cannot meet each other.

Both male and female players can use the gym for running and other physical training purposes at different times. Skill training for players begins a few days later on an adjacent practice field. The quarantine of the room is likely to end on Sunday, after which they can do their gym sessions in small groups. The WTC final will be played in Southampton from June 18 to 22.
