A case of gang rape has come to light with a student of VIII in the colony of Dadri town of Greater Noida. The relatives alleged that on Tuesday, three boys living in the neighborhood forcibly dragged the girl into the house and gang-raped her. On Thursday, the family took her to the hospital when the student’s health deteriorated. After this, the police was informed about the incident. Police have taken the three accused into custody on the families’ tahrir. The police is investigating the matter.
The eighth grade student living in the colony of Dadri town was walking in the street outside her house on Tuesday late evening. Meanwhile, the girl was forcibly dragged away by three boys living in the neighborhood. The three gang-raped the student there. The three accused escaped after carrying out the incident. When the girl told the family about the incident, the people of the accused side started pressing for compromise. During this two days passed.

Meanwhile, the student’s health suddenly worsened on Thursday, after which the family took the girl to the hospital. The family reached Dadri Kotwali late Thursday evening and informed the police about the entire episode. The police have registered a case against the family members under the Gangrape and Poxo Act. Also, the three accused have been taken into custody.
Attempted to compromise victims
Actually the incident of gang rape is two days ago. The family is said to have reached the police post soon after the incident with the complaint of the accused, but after some time, the accused party pressurized the victim’s family to compromise. This could not take action. On Thursday, the victim’s sudden health deteriorated and the family took her to the hospital. After this, the family reached Kotwali and gave a police complaint.
The accused are residents of the neighborhood
Police say the accused know the victim. Are residents of the same locality. A preliminary investigation by the police has revealed that the houses of the accused and the victim are only a short distance away.
152 events in nine months
There have been more than 152 cases of rape in Noida in the last nine months. The victims range from a 5-year-old girl to a 15-year-old teenager. Of the total cases, around 43 have been registered under the Poxo Act.
