CM Ashok Gehlot approves government’s online registration of coaching students in Kota

Training in Kota: An online register of students preparing for engineering and medical competitive exams in Kota city, known as Coaching Hub across the country.

The project has been approved by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. Rajcom Comp Information Services Limited (RISL) will work on creating student registration. The estimated cost of the project is about Rs 68 lakh.

Following the decision of Mr. Gehlot, a database of training for nearly two lakh students in Kota City will be prepared so that the state government has a record of the exact number and personal details of these migrants living in the state. When the details of the students become available, it will be easier for these migrants to maintain the necessary arrangements in situations such as the transition to Kovid-19. Similar student enrollment is being prepared for other cities with state coaching institutions.

There are about 50 small and 10 large coaching institutes in Kota City, where nearly two lakh students prepare for engineering, medical, competitive exams. There are about 25 thousand paying guest facilities, 3 thousand hostels and 1800 messes. The annual turnover of this business in Kota is more than three thousand crores.
