Complaint for Successful Candidates of Petition, NEET -2020

The petition has been dismissed by the Lucknow bench of the High Court challenging the NEET -2020 paper. The court said it relies on the opinion of subject matter experts that the controversial questions raised in the application were considered by the subject matter experts and that the answers to the answer book were correct.

The single-member tribunal of Justice Rajneesh Kumar issued the order on the petition filed on behalf of Salih Khan and other candidates. When an objection is raised by the court in answer to its order, it is sent to the subject matter expert. If the experts find no shortage of questionnaires, this court cannot check the correctness of the question-answer or answer-book because some candidates are not satisfied with the relevant answer. Applicants’ objections in this case were also considered by the professors of IIT and reputed universities and the answer book was correct.

It is noteworthy that the petition was filed on September 27 after the petition was filed in the NEET. The petitions thereafter sent their objections to two questions. The applicant stated that the answers to questions 19 and 148 of Booklet No. 4 were incorrect. The applicant says that the correct answer to question number 19 is given in Option No. 4, while option number 1 is considered the correct answer in the answer book. Similarly, option number 1 of question number 148 is the correct answer, while option number 3 is given the correct answer in the answer book.
