Diesel prices have been cut by 18 paise in Chennai and the new price is Rs 94.02 per liter. Speaking of Kolkata, diesel is 25 paise cheaper. Now, the price of a liter of diesel is Rs 92.57 per liter. On Wednesday, diesel prices were reduced by 20 paise.
No change in petrol: However, there has been no change in the price of petrol. Petrol prices have been stable for the past 32 days. Starting July 17, the retail price of a liter of petrol in the national capital Delhi will be Rs 101.84 per liter. The price of a liter of petrol in Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata is Rs. 107.83, Rs.99.47 and Rs. 102.08.
