Earlier, the Directorate of Enforcement and the IT Department had questioned DK Shivakumar in the illegal asset acquisition case. Their home was attacked several times. Dikeshi Tihar had also gone to jail in that case. Dikeshi then filed a petition in the state high court to dismiss the case. However, the High Court rejected the application. The CBI has launched a raid on the case.
