Don’t make this Holi Mawa Gujia, Food for the guests, Potato Gujia is a very delicious recipe

Aloo Guzia Recipe: Holi, a festival of colors, is only a few days away. In such a situation, people will prepare a menu of different dishes to welcome home guests and family members. One thing is definitely included in Holi’s food menu and it’s Gujia. But if you are tired of eating sweet gujia, like every year, try aloo guzia this year. This snack recipe will double your festive fun.

Ingredients for making aloo guzia –
-Maida- 4 bowls
– Large Potatoes – 4
– Red chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
– Salt – depending on taste
– mango powder – 1/2 tsp
– garam masala – 1 tbsp
Oil – as needed
Cumin – 1/2 tbsp

How to Do Allu Gujia-
To make aloo guzia, add salt and oil as needed and mix it well. Add a little lukewarm water and mix the maida well with your hands. Cover this doe with a light wet cloth of cotton. Cut potatoes into small pieces and then heat the oil in the skillet. Add the cumin, salt, red chilli, mango powder and chopped potatoes to the oil.

Add garam masala on top, cover and let cook. When the potatoes are cooked, turn off the gas and let the filling cool down. When the potatoes are cool, take a piece of maida and roll it into the shape of a puree. In this dough, fill the potato mixture with a little water on the side of the puri and stop giving the gujia. Prepare all the gujiyas one by one. Heat the oil in the skillet and fry until all the gujiyas are golden. Serve hot with green chutney, tea and sauce.
