DSSSB Teacher Recruitment 2021: This process has cleared the recruitment process of over 12,000 TGT teachers in Delhi government schools. The Delhi Subsidiary Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has begun its preparations in this regard. From June this year, the DSSSB will begin the process of applying for recruitment. The written examination will be conducted in January 2022 for appointment.
The DSSSB filed an affidavit in the Delhi High Court on Wednesday with regard to the recruitment process of more than 12,000 TGT teachers in Delhi government schools. The calendar was filed before the DSSSB court to begin the recruitment process. It is said that the recruitment process is being initiated for 18 different categories of TGT teachers. On the other hand, in the calendar about the recruitment process, it is stated that DSSSB will advertise on 31st May 2020 to start the Teacher Recruitment process. Following this, the application process will begin in June. It continues until July 31st. The written examination of the applicants will be held on January 15 and the results will be removed on May 31, 2022, upon completion of the recruitment process, the affidavit said.
The recruitment process is expected to be completed in several key government departments, the affidavit said. Vacancies in the Directorate of Training and Technical Education, Directorate of Social Welfare, South Delhi Metropolitan Policy, Pathology Science Laboratory, Delhi Fire Service, Women and Child Welfare Department, Labor Department and Delhi Water Board will be filled. This affidavit was submitted by the government while listening to the contempt petition. The contempt petition was filed in the High Court on behalf of the Social Justice of the Social Organization. It said that in March 2020, the process of recruiting teachers in various departments for the government was started. But the vacancies of teachers who have been vacant for a year are not filled.
The High Court was informed by the DSSSB that the recruitment process should be hampered due to Kovid-19. On 7 December 2020, the Delhi Disaster Management Authority flagged online testing. But it was not able to take the test in haste. Therefore, the DSSSB has prepared a new recruitment process calendar. It will be completed from 31 May 2021 to 31 May 2022.
