The admission process of students in the academic session 2020-21 in colleges affiliated to Delhi University is completely online. In such a situation, student organizations have also found a new way to connect and help students. All the leading organizations have released their helpline numbers, mail IDs, social media pages and Twitter accounts to connect with DU students. At the same time, all student organizations have appealed to the students enrolled in DU to ask their questions through these mediums.

Ashutosh Singh, an officer of the student organization Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, says that we have issued a centralized landline number 011-27662725, WhatsApp number 9818459062 and mail id [email protected] even before the cutoff. If students have problems then can mail it. Apart from this, DU colleges have been divided into 8 zones and one officer has been appointed in each zone. These officials will try to resolve the problems faced by the students in the respective zones.

– DTA also constituted committee
The Aam Aadmi Party Teachers Association of Delhi Teachers Association (DTA) and the student organization unit CYSS have constituted a committee for redressal of grievances related to the admission process in DU, to address admissions related complaints. The committee consists of senior professors, staff and students of Delhi University. DTA convenor Hansraj Suman appealed to the students and their parents to fill the admission form while staying at home. Also, during the admission, if there is any problem related to the absence of any certificate, caste certificate or any kind of error, then the student should contact the college or university.

-NSUI sought complaint by sharing number
