The Indian men’s hockey team is scheduled to play two stages against Spain on May 15 and 16 and Germany on May 23 and 24.

“With the exception of FIH and Hockey India, the National Hockey Federation of Germany, Spain and Great Britain are considering all possible options to get these matches on another date,” the FIH said in a statement. The matches in London on May 8 and 9 were also postponed. According to the statement, “On behalf of the global hockey community, the FIH wants to show support and compassion to the Indian hockey community, their family and friends”.
