The central government has given more relief to people traveling by car on Sundays during the corona period. The government has extended the validity of several documents including driving license, fitness certificate, RC to 31st March 2021.

An order issued by the Ministry of Roads, Transport and Highways said the country and the world were halted due to the corona lockdown. Because of this, people had trouble updating their records. Because of this, the government has expanded accreditation before. Records validated before 31st March 2021 are now being extended to 31st March next year.

The Ministry has increased the validity of the driving license, vehicle fitness validity, registration etc. The government says this step will help people who use transport-related services.

The validity of the documents was increased to 31 December

In the past, the government has repeatedly increased the validity of vehicle records to avoid problems caused by coronavirus and lockdown. Last August, the government increased the validity of the driving license, vehicle registration certificate and fitness certificate by December 31. The validity of the documents was first extended to June 30, then September 30 and then December 31.
