Reliance Industries tops the list of top 10 companies. After that, TCS, HDFC Bank, Infosys, Hindustan Unilever, HDFC, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, SBI and Bajaj Finance followed suit.
Reliance Industries tops Rs 17,401.77 crore
In the week under review, the market valuation of Reliance Industries rose by Rs 17,401.77 crore to Rs 12,81,644.97 crore and State Bank of India’s Rs 12,003.6 crore to Rs 3,30,701.48 crore. ICICI Bank rose to Rs 4,10,775.37 crore from Rs 10,681.76 crore and Kotak Mahindra Bank to Rs 3,57,573.74 crore from Rs 6,301.56 crore. 5,236.49 crore in Bajaj Finance week. And market value of Rs 3,17,563.53 crore.
HDFC Bank posts a net profit of Rs 3,142.29 crore
In contrast to this trend, HDFC Bank’s market capitalization declined from Rs 3,142.29 crore to Rs 8,19,474.22 crore. HDFC’s market cap fell 171.38 per cent to Rs 4,56,569.82 crore. The BSE 30-share Sensex gained 1,021.33 points, or two per cent, from the previous trading session. Stock markets closed on Monday and Friday.
