Samsung is working on another affordable 5G smartphone from its Galaxy A-series. According to the report, the smartphone’s name will be the Galaxy A22. The company will also bring its 4G version. Recently, the Galaxy A22 smartphone appeared on the Bureau of India Standard (BIS) website. According to the listing, the phone’s model number is SM-A225F / DS. This suggests that the phone will be launched in India soon.
There will be a 48MP camera
The smartphone comes with four rear cameras. The rear camera has a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultraviolet sensor and two 2-megapixel sensors. This phone comes in multiple RAM and storage options. The phone will be available in four color options – Gray, White, Light Green and Violet. The smartphone can be powered by MediaTek 700 series or Qualcomm 480 5G processor.

Samsung’s cheapest 5G phone
According to earlier reports, the Samsung Galaxy A22 smartphone will come with Android 11 with t-of-the-box. As for the price, it could be EUR 229 (about Rs. 20,450). If this price proves correct, the new smartphone will be cheaper than the Galaxy A32. Let me tell you, the A32 is the cheapest 5G phone at the moment.

The Galaxy M42 is coming on April 28th
Apart from the cheaper Galaxy A5G phones, Samsung is also planning to bring a similar phone under its M-series. The company will be launching the Galaxy M42 smartphone in India on April 28. It will be the first 5G phone in the company’s popular Galaxy M series. The Galaxy M42 5G smartphone features a 6,000mAh battery, 4GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, a 64-megapixel quad camera and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 750G processor.
