French Open 2021: Rafael Nadal enters quarterfinals with easy win, Alexander Zverev holds key championship

Third-seeded and 13-time champion, Rafael Nadal of Spain is eighth, beating Italy’s young 18th-seeded Janic Sinner 7-5, 6-3, 6-0. Sinner presented some challenges in the first set against Nadal and won the set 7–5, but after that he played at full speed. After easily winning the second set 6-3, they took a 5-0 lead in the third set, ending the set 6-0 and settling the match in two hours and 17 minutes. Nadal will face Argentina’s Diego Schwartzman in the quarter-finals. Schwartzman defeated Germany’s John Lennard Struff 7-6, 6-4, 7-5 in the fourth round.
