Dark Chocolate – 250 grams
Coconut – 100 grams (grated)
Almonds – 2 tsp (chopped)
Cashew – 2 tsp (chopped)
Pistachio – 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Condensed Milk – 50 grams
Desi Ghee – 1 teaspoon
Ganesh Chaturthi Special chocolate modak Method
First, put the dark chocolate in a double boiler and let the gas media melt on the heat.
Now heat ghee in a pan, add cashews, almonds, pistachios, coconut, and fry for 1-2 minutes.
After that add condensed milk and prepare a thick mixture.
Now add chocolate paste and mix well and turn off the gas.
After cooling the mixture slightly, take the loins from it and press while keeping it in the mold.
Take your chocolate modak ready. Offer it to Ganapati Bappa and share it as Prasad.
