GATE 2021: The Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) online registration for the Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering (GATE 2021) from Mangalore expires today. The registration process was started on 11 September. Students will also be able to make changes in the examination center from 28 October to 13 November.

This examination will take place in two shifts (morning and afternoon). The result of this entrance examination will be released in March 2021.
Candidates of general category applying for GATE 2021 examination will have to pay Rs. 1500 as registration fee and Rs. 750 for reserved category candidates.

According to the new rule, now the third year students of B.Tech program will also be eligible for GATE. The application process will start from the first week of September. This decision has been taken in the online meeting of directors of all 23 IITs. IIT Bombay Gate 2021 will be organized. The GATE exam is conducted for admission to MTech and MSc programs in Engineering, Technology and Architecture.
