Get ready to bring a 5G phone cheaper than RealMe 8,000, get the details

RealMe is set to bring affordable 5G smartphones soon. Madame Seth, CEO of Realme India and Europe, revealed this at the company’s 5G Summit. According to reports, the company is preparing to launch such a 5G smartphone which is priced at just $ 100 (about Rs 7,300).

At this global summit, Madhav Seth and Realme are looking to expand their smartphone range and plan to expand the 5G phone portfolio to 20 models. If the company succeeds in doing so, it will make up 70 percent of the company’s capital. Currently, there are fourteen 5G smartphones in the RealMe product line, which make up 40 percent of the company’s total portfolio in the market.

Let us tell you that the company launched the Realme GT5G in the Chinese market in March. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC processor, priced at 2,799 yuan (about Rs 31,900) in China. The model is believed to be launched in the global market.

At this virtual summit, the company has suggested that Realme GT will be introduced as a key chain to improve its presence in the 5G segment. While the company has not shared any information about its upcoming phone features or specifications, Madhav Seth at this summit, the company plans to have cameras on models that come under the Realm GT series.

Over the next three years, Realme aims to make 100 million 5G phone users. To meet its goal, the company plans to set up 10 5G pop-up stores worldwide in 2021. In addition, this year, the company will set up seven 5G research and development centers around the world, one in India. The company plans to invest 300 million (about Rs 2,189 crore) in this project.
