Limited over series between India and Australia is over. Australia won the ODI series 2–1 while India won the T20 International 2–1. Hardik Pandya performed brilliantly in both series, later being named Man of the Series in the T20 International Series. Pandya handed over the Man of the Series award to young fast bowler T. Natarajan, who impressed everyone with his bowling. Pakistani Hindu cricketer Danish Kaneria praised Hardik for this and targeted Pakistani cricketers.

Natarajan took a maximum of six wickets in the T20 International Series at 13.83. After Varun Chakraborty was injured, Natarajan was inducted into the T20 international team and was selected as a backup before the ODI series. He made his international debut with the last ODI series. Natarajan took two wickets in his debut. When Hardik Pandya gave Natarajan the Man of the Series award, the fans also praised him.

Hardik Pandya won the Man of the Series award for giving it to Natarajan, a young cricketer who should have liked it and it boosted his confidence.
