A scam like UP’s Hathras occurred in Bihar. Although the case is 15 days old, the matter has been debated since the audio of the case went viral. On February 5, SP Naveen Chandra halted the suspension of SHO Sanjeev Ranjan, an audio viral that was communicating with the SHO accused on February 5. The SP said the police station is aware of the murder. Despite this, the corpse has not been recovered and no post-mortem examination or FIR has been recorded. Not even the senior official has been informed about this. The SP said that further action would be taken by investigating the activities of the SHO along with the accused.

Hathras scam in Bihar
The father of a minor resident in Nepal works as a watchman. On January 21, he went to the stores in the market to collect wages. Even the youngest son went to sell tea. The youngest daughter was left alone at home. The watchman’s wife went to her home in Nepal. Meanwhile, Havans found her alone and murdered her after raping a minor. Nearly a dozen people, including Harikishore Sah, Umesh Sah and Vinay Sah, came to press on the matter after the incident and pressured the girl to stay silent. The father and son of the victim were placed under house arrest by stealing a mobile phone and the body was burnt at night.

He went to Nepal with his son as no action was taken in Thanastar and threatened by the accused. Returning on 2 February, Sikurhana applied to the DSP. Following the intervention of the DSP, on February 3, an FIR was lodged to murder the landlord’s son Vinay Sah, Deepak Kumar, Devendra Kumar, Ramesh Kumar for fear of rape and opening. The girl’s father and a resident of Nepal have filed an FIR against a dozen people in the case. Landlord Ciaram Sah and his son Vinay Sa have been arrested by Kundwa Chainpur police in the house where the girl’s family lives.

The SIT was created under DSP for investigation of the case
The SIT was created after the suspension of the SP SHO, taking the matter seriously. The SIT will be led by Sikrahana DSP Shivendra Kumar. The investigation team consisted of eight police officers and soldiers. There may be an FIR on SHO.
