The country is currently reeling from the second wave of corona. Hindustan Unilever (HUL) has come forward to assist in such a difficult situation. The company has partnered with KVN Foundation under Mission Hope to provide oxygen concentrators free of cost to the needy patients of Delhi.

Patients and their caregivers in New Delhi can request oxygen concentrations by giving a missed call to 08068065385 and the Mission Hope team will assist them. If necessary, the concentration is delivered to the patient’s home. Trained volunteers go to patients and caregivers for help and help explain how oxygen concentration works and functions.

Facilities such as ATMs are not freely available, and banks charge so much in the name of service

Sanjeev Mehta, President and Managing Director of HUL, said, “The second wave of Kovid has created a serious humanitarian crisis before us. The whole Unilever family has come together to help India in this hour of crisis. We think we can, but we’ll reduce the pressure on the health system.
