Sunil Mittal said, “We are currently offering 16 GB of data for Rs 160 per plan. He said it was a very, very low charge compared to other countries. Normally, if the price is Rs 100 per 1 GB, it will not be cheap for you and there will be losses in business. Therefore, users will now be able to get only 1.6 GB of data for Rs 160. That means you will only get 1 GB of data for Rs 100.
Sunil Mittal said that usually if you earn Rs 300 per customer per month, it will be cheaper for you. This is called the Average Revenue Per User (ARPU). However, in the next 6 months, ARPU wants to cross at least Rs 200. He said it was wrong to increase the charges. Airtel ARPU was at Rs 157 for the month of June. However, Airtel raised fares in December last year. Therefore, it seems that there is a possibility of raising the charges again in the coming December. However, data on Airtel can no longer be used as it pleases. It is clear that you have to pay a lot for it.
