Hundred: Smriti Mandhan and Harmanpreet Kaur return to India, here’s the reason

India’s women star cricketers Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur are playing in the ‘The Hundred’ cricket tournament in England. Mandana was playing for the Southern Brave and decided to return home to spend time with her family before the next Australian tour. Ireland’s Gabby Lewis will now join the Southern Brave team at Sandalwood. At the same time, Harmanpreet Kaur is returning to India due to her injury. Harmanpreet Kaur was part of the Manchester Originals team.

Mandana said, ‘I wanted to stay with the team until the final, but we were away from home for a long time and there are still many tours pending. I see the team at Lord’s and hope they continue their good form. It was a good tournament and I really enjoyed it.
