Under Prime Minister Mudra scheme, you can borrow up to Rs 10 lakh in three ways. This includes infant loans, Kishore loans and Tarun Mudra loans. Under this, a person can borrow up to Rs.50,000 under his or her own business or start up with an infant seal loan of Rs 50,000. But, Kishore Mudra loan Under this scheme, people who own their own business but have not yet established, such people can borrow up to 50 thousand to 5 lakhs. For this you may have to pay 14 to 17 percent interest and Tarun Mudra Loan Under this, loans up to ten lakh rupees can be obtained for business expansion. It has to pay interest of 16 per cent.

Documents required for a loan
Identity proof, residence proof, bank statement, photograph, sales document, business quote and address proof are required for obtaining seal loan from State Bank of India. In addition, information on GST identification number and income tax return is required. You can apply for a Mudra loan by visiting this website of SBI.
Current and new units
Loans sanctioned under the Mudra scheme are guaranteed by a credit guarantee to micro entities and are provided by the National Credit Guarantee Trustee Company (NCGTC). Warranty covers have been available for up to five years. So the maximum period of loans provided under the Mudra scheme is 60 months. Loan leads are now available on the Employment Portal (www.udyamimitra.in). Branches can access the site with a username and password. The Mudra Rupee card is issued to all eligible CC accounts from all branches.
