IMF: On the road to Indian economic reform, the World Economic Situation Report is coming up on April 6th

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) said before the World Bank’s meeting next month that the Indian economy is on the path of recovery. The IMF is set to release its global economic scenario on April 6.

IMF spokesman Gerry Rice said India’s economy is on a gradual recovery and that real GDP growth could be positive again in the fourth quarter of 2020. This is the first time since the onset of infectious disease. This is supported by the increase in total fixed capital structure.

Rice said in the first quarter of this year, PMI and data are showing signs of improvement. However, the recent second wave of corona and lockdown in many cities locally pose some risks.
