The second Test of the four-Test series is being played between India and England at M Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Team India have strengthened their hold on the match until the second day of the Test. England have lost eight wickets to cross the 100 mark and the team is facing a follow-on threat. Mohammed Siraj threw his first ball on the Indian field, showing the Pavilion’s route to the Pope. Wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant dived into the air towards the leg side and got a good catch, for which he is being hailed on Twitter.

England were in trouble for the loss of five wickets for 87 and Ben Fox and Ollie Pope were trying to get out of the situation. Captain Virat Kohli called on Mohammad Siraj to bowl 39 overs. Siraj’s first delivery got a bit of a bounce and the ball went past the wicket, Ally took the inside edge of the Pope’s bat and Pant dived into the air on his left and caught a good catch, its video becoming quite viral in the media. Fans have praised this catch of Pant.

Earlier, India were all out for 329 in the first innings, wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant batted well and was unbeaten on 58. Moin Ali took four wickets for England, while Oli Stone led the three Indian batsmen to the pavilion. In this game, Team India made three changes in their eleven. Kuldeep Yadav, Mohammad Siraj and Akshar Patel are in the squad for Shahbaz Nadeem, Bumrah and Washington Sundar.
