IND vs. SL: Akash Chopra says Team India should play XI

With India taking a 2-0 lead in the ODI series and taking the field against Sri Lanka in the third and final match of the series, the team is aiming for a clean sweep. Thanks to Deepak Chahar’s superb innings in the second ODI, India managed to win by 3 wickets. But, in the second game, the batsmen’s performance is not very special, so it is interesting to see whether or not the captain Shikhar Dhawan replaces the XI. According to former Indian cricketer and commentator Akash Chopra, Dhawan should not make a single change in the team.

Deepak Chahar’s father still regrets the issue, saying- If he did not make this mistake, his son would also sell crores in IPL

Speaking on his YouTube channel, Akash said: ‘Not one. I am not looking forward to changing the team again. You have to feed Kuldeep, you don’t let him in T20, you have to feed Yuzvendra Chahal and Deepak Chahar at all matches. There is no need to touch them. Bhuvneshwar Kumar is deputy and he has recently returned from injury. Hardik Pandya has not done anything special yet, not in batting or bowling, so you have to feed him. Why don’t you play Krunal Pandya, he scored 35 and only 26 runs in the first game. Pandey Ji has performed well in both matches.

Former opener, ‘Ishaan scored his first innings, Prithvi Shah’s bat also scored. Suryakumar Yadav has also scored runs in both matches and Shikhar Dhawan is the hero. There doesn’t seem to be any chance for change in the team. Suryakumar Yadav (57) and Manish Pandey (37) were the other batsmen in the second ODI. Deepak Chaher and Bhuvneshwar Kumar took three wickets each.
