Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 The Delhi Capitals defeated Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) by seven wickets on Thursday. Delhi Capitals opener Prithvi Shah scored 82 off 41 balls during this period and started the innings with six boundaries in an over from Shivam Mawi. Prithvi Shah is the second batsman to hit six boundaries in an over in the IPL. Ajinkya Rahane Shah has done this before. Shivam Mawi threw the first over from KKR and scored 25 runs. Mawi bowled the first delivery wide and Shaw then hit six consecutive boundaries. After the match, Shivam took Mavi Shah for revenge.

Shaw said after the match that he played with Mavi at the junior level and therefore knows what kind of ball he bowls. This is the first time in IPL history that a batsman has hit six consecutive boundaries in the first over of an innings. Speaking of the match, KKR batted first and scored 154 for six in 20 overs and the Delhi Capitals made 156 runs after losing three wickets in 16.3 overs. With this victory, the Delhi Capitals reached the second spot in the points table.
