The second phase of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 will take place in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from September 19. The remaining matches of the IPL 2021 will be held in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings have already reached the UAE, while the rest of the franchise teams will soon arrive there. The full list of which cricketers will not be able to play in the second phase of IPL 2021 is yet to be revealed.
