International Society for Krishna Conciences (ISKCON) is also going to contribute to the grandeur of Kashi, the religious capital of the country. For this, the construction of a grand temple of Radha-Krishna will begin on February 7 next year in the ISKCON campus in Bhelupur on the birth anniversary of Acharya Nityananda. A decision to this effect was taken at the ISKCON Managing Committee meeting on Saturday. Significantly, ISKCON Varanasi aims to join the tourism chain of Kashi. That is why, in the construction of this temple, care has been taken for those amenities which are necessary from the point of view of tourism, so that tourists can easily come here. The construction period of the temple has been fixed at two years.
ISKCON Varanasi President Achyut Mohandas said that this will be the second grand temple in the state after Kanpur. ISKCON temples are located in various cities including Lucknow, Jhansi, Prayagraj in the state. The temple to be built in ISKCON temple complex in Bhelupur will be named Sri Sri Radha Gopal Mandir Vedic India Cultural Center. It will have two floors besides the ground floor. The height of the peak will be around 125 feet. The temple will have facilities for the devotees coming from any center of ISKCON along with staying etc.

In this, tourists from abroad will be able to watch video shows about Vedic culture. The special feature of the temple is that more than 250 devotees will be able to participate in Darshan Katha and Kirtan. With a view to promoting tourism, deluxe super, deluxe, family suite, royal suite rooms will also be built for the guests coming from outside. Banquet halls have also been conceptualized in the temple for cultural, corporate and family events. There will be a gift shop in the temple premises as well as an Ayurvedic spa.

In this, diseases will be treated by natural method. The chairman said that this holy land was originally donated by the Dabur family.
