The registration process for counseling will start tomorrow. Candidates can register for JoSAA counseling from tomorrow. Amid waiting for the JEE Advanced Exam 2020 results, the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has announced some changes in the admission process for this year. According to the statement released on the official website of the Joint Seat Allocation Authority, this year there will be only six rounds of seat allotment while seven rounds of seat allotment have been taking place for the last three years. This is being done to end the admission process before the Diwali holidays. Let me tell you that last year, where the candidates had to report themselves to confirm their seat, this year the whole process will be done online.

This year, a total of 96 percent of the students in the JEE Advanced participated in the examination held on September 27 at various examination centers across the country. Answer key has also been released for this exam. Under this, the candidates were given time till October 1 to register their objection. The first seat allocation list will be released on 17 October.
