US President Joe Biden said Johnson and Johnson’s coronavirus vaccine would be produced soon after the administration’s approval.
“If the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approves the use of this new vaccine, we have plans to make the Johnson and Johnson vaccine soon,” Biden said at a meeting of the National Governors Association on Thursday.
Johnson & Johnson hopes to become the third ce-company to apply an approved corona virus vaccine in the US after Pfizer and Moderna. The company claims that their vaccine is 85 percent effective in cases of critical illness and that the same dose is effective instead of two.
He said the campaign is at the forefront of vaccination for 50 million people. He said more people are being vaccinated every day in America than in other countries in the world.
