Leica Lightz Phone 1 Smartphone Released with One-inch Camera Sensor, 12GB RAM and Snapdragon 888

Leica has launched its first smartphone, the Lightz Phone 1, which has entered the smartphone market. One of the great features offered in Leica’s first smartphone is the rear camera. On the back of the phone, the company is offering an inch of 20-megapixel sensor with a focal length of 19 mm. The camera sensor is large enough to be placed on the back of the phone and the company has provided a magnetic lens cap for its protection.

The company has released the phone in Japan. Its price is JPY 187,920 (about Rs 1,25,800). The phone will start selling in Japan in July.

The phone has a 6.6-inch UXGA OLED display with 2730×1260 pixel resolution. This phone comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone comes with a Snapdragon 888 chipset as a processor, which supports microSD card up to 1TB.

The rear of the phone is powered by a 20-inch 20-megapixel sensor for imaging. The company is also offering a monochrome mode on this camera so users can click on black and white photos. As for selfie, you get a 12.6 megapixel camera on the front of this phone.

To power the phone, it has a 5000mAh battery. The phone is equipped with Ultra-Sonic Fingerprint Sensor, Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.2, VolTE, Dual-Band Wi-Fi and face-unlock options for connectivity. The company will be launching the phone in other countries, including India, but no details have been released.
