-150g large green chillies
– 1/4 cup peanut
-1 tsp cumin
-25g dry coconut
-1 tsp poppy
-1 tsp white sesame
– 1/2 tsp mustard
-1/2 tsp cumin
– Curry
-2 Onion
-2 inch piece of ginger
-12-15 Garlic
– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
-1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
-1 tsp garam masala powder
-4 tbsp tamarind water
Dhaniya leaf for decoration
-One 6 tbsp
Salt to taste

The method of making green chilies

To make a green chilli vegetable, first wash and dry the chilli and cut it in between. Now dried peanuts, poppy seeds, sesame, cumin and dried coconut. After this, chop the onion, ginger and garlic and cook slightly. Grind all the spices coarsely and paste. Now add the cumin, mustard, curry leaves and fry in the skillet, then add turmeric and red chilli. Now add ground spice and cook. After this add tamarind water and garam masala. Now add the fried raw chillies and cook for 2 minutes. Ready to serve your green chili vegetable. This vegetable can be served with biryani, rice and bread.
