Ingredients for making oats idli-
–Oats – 2 cups
3 cups of coriander
– Mustard – 1 tbsp
– Urad dal – 2 tbsp
-Haldi – 1/2 tsp
– Green chilli – 2 finely chopped
-Oil- 2 tbsp
– Salt – depending on taste
Coriander – 1 tbsp
– Carrot – 1 grated
How to Make Oats Idli-
To make the oats idli, first put the oats in the skillet and fry them. Now heat the oil in another skillet, add mustard and urad dal and fry till browned.
Now add the coriander, green chillies, carrots and turmeric and cook for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the yogurt with the oats powder and cook for a while. After boiling for a while, put the mixture into the idli mold and cook for about 10 minutes with steam, then turn off the gas. Ready to serve your tasty and healthy oats idly for breakfast. You can serve it with coconut chutney or sambar.
