You can eat any amount of ice cream in the summer, but no one can match what happens at Desi Kulfi. Today we are telling you the recipe for making kulfi with banana.

2 cups of milk
A cup of condensed milk (sweet)
2 bananas (chopped)
Cup cream (cream)
A small spoonful of cardamom powder
One pinch of saffron powder
Half a cup of sugar
Method:
First, grind the milk, condensed milk, banana, sugar and saffron together in the mixer.
Grind it until it is thin. – Now mix the cream (cardamom), cardamom and saffron with the banana mixture and grind again.
Grind it in the cream mixture until well blended. After this, put the mango mixer into a kulfi mold or in small bowls.
Now cover the mold or bowls with aluminum foil and place them in the freezer to make ice cream.
The banana kulfi is ready. Once it’s frozen, remove it from the freezer and serve it on plates or bowls.
