Subject:
1 cup raw tamarind
3 cups of water
2 green chillies
1 onion
8-10 leaves of curry
2 tablespoons coriander
1 tsp jaggery (grated)
Salt to taste
For Tempering:
Oil
1 tsp cumin
1 dry red chilli
4-6 Leaves of Curry

Method:
To make imli rasam, first, put the tamarind in the water and keep it for half an hour.
– Now cut the green chilli in the middle and fry it in low heat.
– When roasting the chilli on both sides, cool it and peel it.
Now finely chop the onion, curry leaves and coriander in a pot.
– Add roasted pepper to it and mix well.
Now filter the tamarind water with a sieve.
Now add the jaggery, salt and water, mix well and prepare the solution.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
– Add the cumin, dried red chilli and curry leaves and add the tempering.
Now turn off the gas and add the tempering to the solution and mix. – Sour tamarind juice is ready.
– Serve it with rice.
