Ingredients for making Pav Bhaji –
-2 tsp oil
Cut 4 pieces of butter into pieces
– Cut 1 cup onion into pieces
-1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Cut into 1/2 cup gourds
– 1/2 cup capsicum
-1 cup potato sliced
-1/2 cup Chakundar
-1 tsp chili powder
-3 tbsp pav bhaji masala
-1 tsp red chilli powder
-1/2 cup tomato puree
-1 Solid butter
– A coriander plant
For Pav-
– Butter
-Paw bhaji masala
How to Make Pav
To taste the pav, heat the pan first and add the buttercream. Now add the onion and fry until golden brown. After this add the ginger garlic paste. Now add the green coriander with chopped gourds and mix well, then add a cup of chopped potatoes, mash well then add chopped chakundar, salt, red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala. Now add the tomato puree and add the butter and green coriander leaves to cook. Mix all the vegetables well. Your interest is ready.
For the prepared pav-
To prepare the pav, spread the butter over the bread first. Then sprinkle the pav bhaji masala on the pav. Bake in the skillet until golden brown. Serve hot pav bhaji with lemon slices, onions and green chillies.
