The country’s largest car company Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) model WagerR S-CNG’s total sales figure has crossed three lakh units. It has become the best-selling car in its segment. Shashank Srivastava, executive director (marketing and sales), Maruti Suzuki, said, “WagonR has been in the top 10 cars in the country for nearly two decades. The WagonR was introduced in 1999. So far 24 lakh units of WagonR have been sold. It was his first car for about half of these customers. He said that the sales figure of three lakh units of WagonR S-CNG is another achievement. It shows the trust of customers towards the company.
