Michelle Marsh Marsh and Josh Hazlewood, Akash Chopra, say why the wrong decision was made just days before the start of IPL 2021

Just days before the start of the 14th season of the Indian Premier League, Mitchell Marsh and Josh Hazelwood have withdrawn their names from the tournament, saying they are unable to stay on the Corona Protocol for long. Former Indian batsman and commentator Akash Chopra does not like the attitude of these two Australian players. Akash said the players were already aware of the bio-bubble environment and that, in such a situation, both Australian players were making it difficult for the franchise to leave the season at the last minute.

Akash tweeted, ‘Bio-bubble fatigue is real. It affects you. But, this is something you already know. With your name withdrawn 10 days before the tournament begins, you are blaming the work of the franchises. While interacting with ‘cricket dot com’, Haazloud said, ‘I’ve been on Bio-Bubble and Current at different times for the past 10 months, so I decided to take a break from cricket so I could go home and Australia for the next two months. There is a great winter season ahead. The tour of the West Indies will be a long one, with the T20 series against Bangladesh also scheduled for the end of the year. Then the T20 World Cup and then the Ashes series, then the next 12 months are going to be very big and while staying with Australia, I want to be ready for this mentally and physically.

Prior to Hazelwood, Mitchell Marsh decided to withdraw from IPL 2021 on behalf of the Sunrisers Hyderabad team because of his long involvement in the Corona Protocol. Hyderabad team has been replaced by Jason Roy. Roy’s performance in the limited-overs series against India was quite impressive. Roy has played for the Delhi Capitals in the IPL.
