Microsoft India, the world’s most famous software company, will build its largest hub in the country. The company will employ over 3500 people. The Noida Authority has allotted 60 thousand square meters of land to the company. The company has the largest office in Gachi Bawli, Hyderabad. The company has claimed before the Authority that it will be launched five years ahead of schedule, so that people living in NCR can take advantage of it.
The land has been allotted in Plot No. A-01 and A-02 in Sector-145, Noida Authority officials said. The total premium for the allotted land is Rs 103 crore to Rs 66 lakh. This land has been given for IT-ITS use. “With the arrival of the company, the investment and employment opportunities in the NCR region will increase,” said Rajesh Singh, OSD of Noida Authority. This is India’s largest project. It will develop not only Noida but the entire NCR region as a software hub.
Other companies also come with: With the advent of Microsoft in Noida, other companies in the software sector are also attracting towards Noida, according to OSD. Under the terms of the plan, the company will have to process the registry by depositing 40 percent of its allocation money by April 30, officials said. The remaining 60 percent is to be paid in 8 half-yearly installments. Although the company claims it will begin work here ahead of schedule, construction of the project will be completed within five years.
Communication near the expressway is easy
The plots offered to companies are given in Sector-145. There is a Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. People should be able to get there easily in such a situation. The Expressway will be able to reach the destination in a short time via the Greater Noida, Delhi and Yamuna Expressway.

Microsoft’s arrival in Noida will be a big achievement here, but before that, many reputed companies in the country have offices here. There are millions of them working. These include many large companies including Tata Consultancy Services, TCS, Infosys, Adobe, NIIT Technologies. Most software companies have come here in Noida in the last 10 years.
