Former India captain Mohammed Azharuddin shared memories of his bats on Saturday. Azharuddin set a world record with this bat, which is still intact. Azharuddin’s bat is special because it was used in 1984 when he played his Test debut against England at Eden Gardens. He scored 110 off 322 balls, batting superbly in the first innings and the match ended in a draw.
Sharing his bat on Twitter, Azharuddin said: “With this bat, I set a world record in 1984-85 and scored three consecutive centuries against England in the first three Tests. In one season, I have scored over 800 runs with this bat. My grandfather liked this bat.

Explain that Azharuddin scored 105 in the second innings after Azharuddin was dismissed for 48 in the first innings of the second Test. In the third Test at Kanpur, he scored 122 off 270 balls and set a world record for scoring centuries in three consecutive matches since his debut.
