Ingredients for lemon pepper chicken
250g boneless chicken
-1/2 cup yogurt
1 lemon juice
-11/2 tsp black pepper powder
– 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
– 1 tbsp chopped garlic and ginger
– Salt to taste
-2 tbsp chopped coriander
-2 tsp oil
– 1 teaspoon ground spices (black pepper, cloves, small cardamom, bay leaves)
-2 Cut the raw chilli
-1 tsp cornflour solution
-2 tsp cream
-1 tsp butter

How to make lemon pepper chicken
To make the lemon pepper chicken, first wash the chicken and put it in a bowl, then add the yogurt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, black pepper powder, ginger, garlic paste, salt and green coriander and simmer for 15 minutes. Now heat the oil in a skillet, fry the spices, chopped garlic and ginger, raw chilli. Now add the marinated chicken pieces and cook in high heat for 1 minute and cook for 10 minutes. Now remove the lid and flip the chicken and cook the chicken with the lid for a while. When the color of the chicken changes, mix the cornflour solution in the chicken. Now add the cream and butter and fry the chicken. After this, put the black pepper and green coriander in the chicken and turn off the gas. Lemon chicken is ready, serve it hot.
