In the Guidelines, school principals are advised to conduct pre-board examinations on 9th, 11th and 10th 12th keeping in view the local conditions of corona infection and lockdown. The Guidelines stated that the time table was given for the 9th and 11th grade annual examinations and the 10th and 12th pre-board exams, but due to various circumstances in the districts due to the current corona transition. The order states that all question papers and answer papers must be delivered together on April 12, or on the day of the lockdown in the district, depending on the local conditions of your district. The time for issuing question papers from the school is from 9 am to 12 noon. However, principals should be able to schedule different times from their level to different classes. Corona rescue guidelines need to be followed at this time. The principal determines the date from their level to retrieve the answer card from the student.

Due to the Kovid-19 transition, students in grades 9 to 12 will be on leave to study in all government schools on April 9 and 10 for exam preparation. In such a case students should not go to school on April 9 and 10.
